Excellent from the start (getting setup on thumbtack) all the way to the finish (walking out my door). The service was a) very responsive - they answered all my questions over thumbtack chat, email, text, and phone call, b) very helpful - they explained to me what the job would entail, what specific things they would do, what I could do now versus the future, and they fixed what they said they would do, and c) very thorough work - they not only fixed things, they suggested ways that the solution could be done so that I was involved in the decision making process and was able to guide the finish project to my complete satisfaction.

I helped my nephew hire Milton and Marcia to do a move-out cleaning and some odd jobs, such as installing a murphy bed. Milton kept in close communication about projects and scheduling, and my nephew said that Milton and Marcia did a wonderful job. I appreciated the value and the flexibility; everything got done without hiring multiple companies, and it was done well.

I was so pleased with Milton’s prompt response to my request to come and look at quite a few things I wanted done around my house that I hired him on the spot. He came the same day I messaged him (a Saturday). I showed him everything I wanted done and he quoted me a very reasonable and fair price. The very next Monday, and over the next three and a half days, Milton and his crew came every day just when they said and they got to work doing what I hired them to do (renovate my walkway, paint my porch, install a missing casement window in my basement, install balustrades around my basement steps, rebuild my side porch steps, and paint some exposed wood on the 2nd floor of my house) The work quality is great and I could not be happier with the results. I will definitely be using Milton and his team again.
