I have been around for 72 years. So i'm not young. I own a nice, old home. For 20 years I have looked for Fabian, without knowing. It's the first time in my life that I feel absolutely comfortable with a person .... really a team of three ... who can do almost everything around the house, except plumbing. I don't know who will read this...but...if you read this, hire these guys. But not on my time. They are good, honest, decent, qualified, and most of all ... the work is nice, attractive. Finally, I can sleep at night knowing that someone is now my 'house doctor.'

Fabian responded promptly to my fri evening Thumbtack request and gave his estimate on the phone once i called him. He agreed to do the repair on sat morning, called/ texted sat morning to confirm he was on the way and replaced a faulty circuit breaker. Although he did charge me for the full hour for 10 min of work, given his commute time and responsiveness he definitely earned it. I was happy with the work and the prompt service.

Fabian was excellent! He was prompt, polite, thorough, courteous and reasonable. He had to troubleshoot what we thought was a simple switch replacement. He got it right. We would DEFINITELY recommend Fabian.

Fabian came to wire and set up my doorbell camera and install a chime at the front and in my bedroom. He was very knowledgeable and did great work. He was also very easy to deal with and very flexible with his schedule. If you are looking for a low stress highly effective electrician look no further than Fabian.

Fabian did a great job. He responded very quickly to my questions and was readily available to answer questions.
I needed to replace old outlets as well as install new outlets, dimmers and switches for the kitchen and bathroom before rhe Some of the boxes were old and needed to be moved or replaced for the install of new cabinets. He seamlessly made the changes and advised on how the outlets would appear once the backsplash was in. He had cost effective fixes to problems with the old boxes which i had chosen not to replace completely. He was also able to fix some recessed lights that had been sloppily installed by a previous contractor.
He was knowledgeable and understood his trade as well as being honest about what i needed to do to have my outlets upgraded. I will be asking him back to complete the electric install of the appliances once the cabinets are in as well.
