Francois is the professional everyone needs. From the moment I booked his services, he was in constant communication with me. I mistakenly thought I had booked him for today instead the actual date which was for the next day. When he had called to assess my plumbing issue I realized my error. He immediately called back and kindly fit me into his schedule for the today. He arrived promptly, assessed our plumbing problem which we believed was a leak in one of the pipes, and took the steps to correct it. He was straightforward, discussed our options, and handled everything in a professional manner. I would not hesitate to call him again for any issue going forward.

Not too happy about the work, seemed very amateur and I had to have another plumber come and fix some items.
He also accidentally drilled into an existing supply line with a hole saw and created a leak in my basement. Thankfully it wasn’t a major catastrophe, luckily we caught it the next day (basement was puddled).
I asked for toilet to be centered on the wall, it was not. The supply line out of the wall was not installed straight and plumb.
