- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Checklist for our customers: Make sure to greet atleast 30 mins before schedule time to walkthrough project. Go over items quoted and discuss anything that may be extra if the customers decides on additional services. At completion, a 2nd walkthrough if needed to assure the customer is 100% satisfied with work performed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Wiring Installation - I have background in computer science and low voltage. Networking and cable management is a passion. Cleaning Services - I’ve networked with various professional cleaners on numerous projects and hired within my company to expand services offered. The crew is vetted and geared to get the project done right the 1st time.
