Gemz Construction is a company that works with honesty and transparency. I was going through the process of my home insurance being canceled, and I called this company because we saw them working in the area. We spoke with Gabriel, who explained everything clearly and helped us through the entire process until my home was covered by the insurance. Im amazed I only paid $1,000 for my entire roof, including new plywood installation.If you have any damage or are going through an insurance cancellation process, I truly recommend Gemz Construction. They have the right people to take your worries away.

We wish we could give more than 5 stars.The name Gemz Construction could not be more fitting, because Gabriel and his team are truly a gem in the industry. Choosing a contractor for a home renovation is a significant challenge, filled with uncertainty about quality, pricing, and trustworthiness.Our confidence in this company began when we saw their crew working on a neighbor's home. We were immediately impressed by their professionalism, from the fully branded company truck to the innovative use of a drone to show their clients the condition of the roofa level of transparency we hadn't seen before.We initially contacted Gabriel for a small garage roof repair for my mother's property. From the outset, we were impressed by every aspect of their operation: his clear communication, the high-quality, certified materials he uses, and the fact that his crew is comprised of long-term, dedicated professionals. Furthermore, his pricing was more than fair, a fact my husband, a construction estimator for a large firm, quickly verified.What began as a small garage roof repair quickly expanded into two major commissions based on the trust and quality they demonstrated. For my mother's home, they replaced the roofs on both the garage and main house and installed 19 new windows, a few doors, and railings. For our own home, an initial roof and siding replacement grew into a complete facade renovation, including new brickwork, resurfaced windows, an expanded driveway, and new railings and awnings. Work was completed quickly for what Gabriel could control and for materials he had to order like the doors and windows from Home Depot, he kept us abreast of the progress and made sure to address as soon as he received the materials.The crew's meticulous attention to detail was remarkable. Each worker demonstrated a profound sense of pride in their craft, ensuring the job was done perfectly, as it was a reflection of their own high standards. We spent the better part of the summer with Gabriel and his team and have already planned future projects with them.Gabriel and his wife have since become friends, that's how lovely it was to work with them and get to know them. We would strongly recommend Gemz Construction to anyone without hesitation (and have already done so!). They are a company built on integrity, committed to doing right by their clients, and will always steer you in the best direction. Gemz Construction replaced my roof. Gabriel is very professional. He guided me through all the details of the process, especially with the insurance claim. The group of installers was very professional. I really enjoyed working with this company, very attentive with the cleaning. I hope we can work on other projects that I have in mind for the future.
