He arrived on time every morning, explained what was in scope for the day, and cleaned up before he left each day so that we didn't feel like we were living in a construction zone. We had a lot of small asks come up through the project (garbage removal, supply pick-up), and larger issues like uncovering mold, which led to needing to replace a whole portion of the bathroom that wasn't in the original scope. Zaid was fair and flexible about each of these asks, and outlined our options and let us make the final decisions. He didn't make any irreversible decisions without running it by us first (not my usual experience with contractors), and did every single thing that he said he would do for us and more. He was reliable, easy to communicate with, polite, respectful of our space, and most importantly -- he did a great job on our bathroom.
