Not only does this company take pride in its quality of work but they’re always extremely responsive and answer any questions you have. Unlike most general contractors where they have random people working on your job. MWS has their own crew and they do all the work in house which is what we were looking for. We didn’t feel comfortable having five or six different people in our house to complete one job. This is what led us to select MWS asset management in the first place. I would 100% recommend this company to all my friends and family, because not only was the work quality great, but they took the time to really help me understand each step even when I had tons of questions. He arrived on time every morning, explained what was in scope for the day, and cleaned up before he left each day so that we didn't feel like we were living in a construction zone. We had a lot of small asks come up through the project (garbage removal, supply pick-up), and larger issues like uncovering mold, which led to needing to replace a whole portion of the bathroom that wasn't in the original scope. Zaid was fair and flexible about each of these asks, and outlined our options and let us make the final decisions. He didn't make any irreversible decisions without running it by us first (not my usual experience with contractors), and did every single thing that he said he would do for us and more. He was reliable, easy to communicate with, polite, respectful of our space, and most importantly -- he did a great job on our bathroom. We highly recommend Zaid and LIFC for any of your construction needs."See more
