Found Thumbtack on google and reached out. Got a very quick response which I appreciated. Mikhail came on time and check the units, told me the dryer was fine, washing machine need a belt. (My husband told me he dried clothes and it worked). Told me he would be back next day. He reached out to say he was coming. Came on time replace the part and left area nice and clean. Cost was manageable, since I was expecting to fix both unit or replace them even though fairly new. I must acknowledge his honesty, professionalism and timeliness. I will use him again and recommend him to others."See more
