- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer guaranteed flat-rate pricing, so you know the full cost of your move upfront — no hourly charges and no surprise increases if the move takes longer than expected. Our price is based on the inventory, distance, and access (stairs/elevator, etc.). Once confirmed, the rate does not change unless additional items are added or the scope of the move changes. There are no hidden fees — standard equipment, truck, and labor are all included in your flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and designed to keep your move smooth and stress-free: Quick Review of Your Move. We go over your inventory, locations, and access details (stairs/elevator, parking, etc.) to understand the full scope. Guaranteed Flat-Rate Quote Based on those details, we provide a fixed price upfront — no hourly charges and no surprises. Reservation & Confirmation Once you’re ready, we confirm your move date and place a small deposit to reserve your spot. You’ll receive a written confirmation. Pre-Move Confirmation Call (Day Before) We’ll call you the day before your move (before 2 PM) to confirm all details and provide your arrival time window, so you know exactly what to expect. Moving Day Our professional crew arrives with a fully equipped truck, protects your items, and completes the move efficiently — with no clock running. Completion We make sure everything is placed where you want it and the job is completed properly before wrapping up. We keep communication clear throughout the process so you always know what to expect.
