We offer 2 options when it comes to our quotes. Flat price or Hourly, it is your decision! Our moving consultants will help you to choose, depending on the type of project. Also, always feel free to ask about current special offers and discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have very simple but effective steps with our customers when it comes to providing a quote. We ask questions about all the details that can affect pricing (volume of the job or inventory list, distance between addresses, complexity of the job), then we discus which option you would like to choose (Flat rate or Hourly) and we get back to you with guaranteed quote. We can do all of this via email or texting, but we strongly recommend quick phone call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since we are a team, our education goes in different directions, however we came to this industry more than decade ago and we all started as helpers in different moving companies. From there we moved up to other positions as Drivers, Foreman, Sales representatives, Moving consultants, Project managers, Operation Managers, COIs. We strongly believe that all those years gave us enough training and experience to meet and beat every challenge in moving industry.
