- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All the prices are based on the difficulty of the job. How many people and the time that job require to be completed correctly . Discounts are available for bigger projects( more then 6h job or jobs that require more then one day) . Estimate for the job that require one person usually goes $120 -$150 per hour and include all my travel expenses ,protection material and tools. For the tasks like furniture assembling ( all regular bed frames, tv stands, dinning tables , coffee tables, baby cribs etc.. ) as per customer request I am usually able to and will be happy to make flat price if that works better and if i am provided with details, pictures and model of the piece that need to be assembled. Usually job that kind takes about 45 min up to 1h 30min to complete and the price goes between $120 up to $150 per piece. TV mounts: $145 FOR TV'S UP TO 60" $185 FOR TV'S OVER 60" (ALL MATERIAL INCLUDED - SPECIAL WALL ANCHORS AND SCREWS) I CAN INSTALL ANY KIND OF MOUNT FOR ANY TV SIZE. SPECIAL REQUESTS AVAILABLE: *SHOP FOR YOUR MOUNT DELIVER TO YOU ON THE DAY OF APPOINTMENT ($30) *CONCEAL THE WIRES PLACING THEM BEHIND THE WALL ($80) OR WIRE COVERS ($45)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prepare for the job day before with all necessary tools and material needed. After arrival and greeting my customer I get all information or special instructions. I perform work and clean after my job is done. Final check and always I make sure that everything is done correctly and my customer is happy

OSHA certificate, Suspended Scaffold 16h , Residential building management software course completed
