This is my first time using Smiley but it certainly won't be my last. From start to finish they were in constant communication about the process. Movers were pleasant, efficient and quick. All items were wrapped, handled with care and placed in the correct location in the new apt. Once the job was complete, there were no hidden fees. I paid the final quoted price. These guys are amazing! You won't be disappointed. They are truly the "Happiest Way to Move".

Smiley movers were great. They followed up on everything and called to confirm the day before. Day of moving they called half an hour before arriving and had everything loaded and unloaded in under 2 hours.

Despite a last second call to the company, they were able to send someone out to help me literally within the hour! I was able to transport what I needed from my storage unit home, and not have to be turned away by multiple companies for trying to get two SUVs to move things, or laughed at for my situation. I will definitely be using them again
