Hi there! Are you looking to improve the quality of your life? Are you sick of routine and maintenance that seems dull and repetitive? Do you want to gain more knowledge of your Self/body to help you achieve the best and strongest version of yourself and make you feel more confident? Then you landed in the right place! My name is Juliette and I have been teaching yoga for over 14 years. I’m in the midst of becoming a professional trainer as well and I have completed several mobility courses and teacher trainings during my career. It is my absolute passion to help others feel their best, physically and mentally and to assist with creating a healthy and joyful lifestyle. All my classes are accessible to everyone and will cover your personal needs. I have worked with students of all ages and fitness levels, people with injuries and disabilities. That being said, I don’t only teach „traditional yoga“ classes (unless that’s what you want ;) My classes blend mobility, Pilates, strength training, yoga and breath-work. All working in balance together to create harmony in the mind and body. Before we get started I will send you a quick questionnaire for you to share your personal goals, limitations and expectations. Juilette is a wonderful yoga teacher! I was very nervous to have someone come into my house and teach me for an hour private with my husband but WOW we were impressed. She is so sweet, caring, and helpful when it comes to adjusting and correcting our poses. I have done yoga for a few years but my husband is new to yoga. She balanced both of us well and made adjustments to each one of our levels. I will be working with her again and advise you work with her too!

As a 33 year old woman with a bizarre work schedule and never doing yoga, I thought I would go down the rabbit hole and take a few private lessons. I was luckily able to become a student of Juliette’s. I cannot speak more highly of a human being. She is professional, caring, and knowledgeable. Anyone who wants quality yoga instruction with someone who you can view also as a friend when you leave class needs to look no further. My posture, strength, and mind have improved immensely since meeting her. I hope some of you searching are able to study with her.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is per hour unless specified
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For your very first session with me I will add on 10min for free, so that we can meet and talk about your intention and any special requests you may have. We will then ease into the practice (yoga or healing) and start building towards whatever it is that you want to cultivate more of (strength, flexibility, relaxation...) Please be aware that yoga is a deep yet gentle practice and that we will not force or push to achieve any goals. Instead it will require patience and understanding for yourself and your body and it may take you more than one try to get into your own groove and rhythm. We will gradually add on more advanced postures and techniques to continue growing your knowledge on yoga and to strengthen you physically and mentally.
