We have such a large range of services. I stand behind what every project I do. We are big about a clean work site. And my customers reviews help us stand out. Most or our customers feel like family. And I'd say on my fire restoration projects turning someone's disaster back in to there home where they feel comfortable again. And on some of my remodeling projects. Nulookgroup@gmail.com removed a wall between kitchen and dining room. Patched up everything and moved electrical outlet and switches. Cleaned up everything before they left in the time they estimated. Will hire them again to do my floors.

Replaced a corner shower on the second floor and then we added the laundry room to be dry walled. Nu Look tiled the shower corner and installed the shower enclosure and base we purchased. They dry walled the laundry room and adjacent rear entry way to the house. It looks good and we are looking forward to painting it ourselves. They also made suggestions to enhance the appearance of the laundry room and which saved us money.

I have been working on a DIY project of building a sunroom on my house and getting towards the end of the project I wanted to hasten its completion by having someone hang and mud the drywall. That is where Thumbtack and Nulook Group came in; I posted my job on Thumbtack and Nulook Group was one of the contractors that responded. They called very quickly and we set up an appointment to take a look at the job. I explained what I needed to be done and the time frame that it needed to be done in; they returned a quote, again very quickly, which I accepted. Communication from start to finish was excellent; I knew when they were coming and how long everything would take. All went according to plan and their workmanship was excellent.

We needed part of our basement redone, as well as some repair work to a wall under the sink in our kitchen. Bruce's estimate made it possible for us to get both jobs done at once. His work is fantastic. He communicated with us regularly before & during our project. His work is spectacular! We will be using him again & we refer our friends to him when they tell us they need work done in their homes.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different so pricing is different from job to job but most of the time I go by time it will take to do project and materials. And on some we do have a standard price we go by.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first come out and take a look at the project. Then I come back out and sign a contract and we discuss timing and how the project will go step by step.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always stay up on all currant codes and new products to help build safer and last longer
