Chef's Catering put together a surprise wedding dinner for us at our home. They showed up an hour before guests arrived and stayed throughout the night to make sure food was hot and immaculately cleaned our kitchen. We were incredibly impressed with not just the quality of the food and preparation, but also in their professionalism and general enthusiasm in cooking and socializing. What stood out? The coconut shrimp were raved about from our family and friends. Mike even put together a shrimp cocktail for a guest with nut allergies! The arancini balls were fried on site and were so tasty with the pesto sauce on top. We also dined on Chicken French, Greens and Beans, Pulled Pork on cornbread crustinis, and an array of fresh fruits and cheeses. From the food selection process to the close of the wedding Mike took care of all of the details. It is rare to go to a wedding and hear people say that they enjoyed the food, we heard multiple compliments on Chef's Catering from our guests.

We ordered food from Chefs catering for a Bachelor Party, a Pig Roast to be exact. I was disappointed with the overall service that was displayed. The agreement was to roast the pig for the last 2 hours at the party so guests could see some of the process and chat with Michael about his business. Chefs catering did not show up to the party until 5 minutes before the scheduled dinner time. The quality of the food was average and over priced compared to others who conduct pig roasts. I chose chefs catering because they were recommended by a good friend, who at the time of the confirmation was an employee. It would have been a much better experience for myself and the other attendees of the party if we were able to see some pig roasting in action. I would not highly recommend Chefs Catering to others, there are other catering companies out there that provide the same, if not better service and quality of food, for a lesser price.

Mike catered my son's graduation party last summer. To say everything was delicious is an understatement. The food was plentiful and presented beautifully. Mike was a pleasure to work with and our guests absolutely loved the food.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have different pricing for all types of events. We have packages as well as a la cart services. Are menus and services are broken down on proposals sent to client. We have drop off services, onsite services, full service wedding services, staffing for events.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to work with new clients! We like to schedule a phone meeting or meet in person to go over planning and details of their event. We send menus and contract out digitally via email. We are very flexible with clients needs and schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
