One of our children was recently married. Lesley Zaretsky (the exotic kitchen) provided 3 meals associated with the occasion: The food for the rehearsal dinner, a luncheon, and a buffet for a family gathering. Her food was delicious, colorful and well presented. Her menu options were creative and appropriate for each meal (ie: people sitting down and eating at one meal, people eating with a plate in their lap at another meal). I requested that the food be delivered and it arrived warm and in a timely manner. Lesley presented herself well and her dealings with me were extremely professional. And finally, I had guests 'gush' over the food at each of the meals. I had people coming back for seconds and thirds (there was plenty of food). My husband and I own two small businesses and plan on using Lesley for future staff functions. In addition, we have one remaining child and should she decide to get married in the next few years, I plan on asking Lesley to cater the wedding. .

Lesley's Exotic Kitchen was reasonable and the food was delicious! She catered a retirement brunch at a Monroe County office for 100 plus people and I heard nothing but positive comments. I would gladly hire the Exotic Kitchen for another event!

The food that we sampled at our tasting was completely different than the food that was served at our wedding. The sample food was amazing even luke warm. We witnessed at our wedding that processed chicken patties as chicken parmesan being served and the meatballs were frozen and of low quality. When both were freshly made at our tasting. It was rather disappointing leaving me feel Bamboozled. One side of our room was almost done with dinner before the other side was served dinner. However, pricing was fair and the service we received from Lesley and her team was fabulous and really negated the not so wonderful food. She's a wonderful person and we enjoyed working with her a lot.

Jarrod and Aaron, I am so very sorry you feel this way about the food I made at your wedding. I have to say that the meatballs and chicken were made by me, I am just sorry that they did not taste as good as you had at your tasting. I will make sure to not keep them in a warmer as long, so they taste as fresh as they did at your tasting. All of the people were not served at the same time due to many people still having the appetizers, so they were not ready to be served the main dishes, but in the future I will make sure this does not happen again. I am willing to try to make it up to by giving you part of your money back or making you a special meal at your home? Please let me know how I may be able to make it up to you two?
