I am reliable, bend over backwards to keep my customers happy, I'm a patient (positive reinforcement) trainer that provides tips and suggestions at no extra charge, and most of all...I care about the well being of your animals. I'm here to answer your questions and make your entire family feel more at ease. When it comes to pets, I'm a pro. I have always said "If I had a billion dollars, I would walk my dog." We had an emergency situation with a family member living alone and being admitted to the hospital. Her little dog was left alone and needed attention right away. I accidentally found thumbtack and filled out the info on a whim while continuing to look for kennels, transportation, shot records, sitters, etc. Within a short few minutes, I received an email from Zachary Ochsner who had time in his schedule to help. It was like finding a guardian from Heaven! He was so prompt, I couldn't believe it. He was there in less than an hour and took care of the little tike for 2 days. He went over and above in his care for the dog! We could not have asked for better. If I hadn't filled out that form from Thumbtack, I probably would not have been able to take care of this in such a perfect way. Thank you to Thumbtack and Zachary Ochsner of StrongPaws: www.k9strongpaws.com. He is in south St. Louis and travels 20 miles. I would recommend him for your animal care in a hot second! He's also Licensed, Bonded and Insured! Like I said...everything was perfect! He even sent pics and a video of one of his walks.

Zachary just completed caring for my two weimaraners, Chloe and Gandolf while I was out of town for eight days. He made three visits each day performed feedings and walks morning and evenings at noon he went by and let them out and gave them a snack. The dogs were superbly taken care of while I was gone. I received pictures from Zak each time he made a visit it was nice to see the dogs enjoying there walks. The dogs were not stressed while I was gone since they stayed in there natural environment. I differently recommend using this service. I will be using their service again in the near future,

We needed help with a new puppy as we go to work early in the morning and not able to go home during the day to take her out for walks and potty breaks. Turned to Thumbtack and had a prompt response from Zach Oschner, PawPros, LLC. I was sure from the moment I spoke with Zach that he could provide exactly what we needed. When we met for the first time it was definitely the right decision! He is kind and professional and I thank you Thumbtack for sending him our way!

Zach has been excellent with my young guy. Having a bigger dog is a new experience for me. I knew it would be a strain going in initially due to health issues but Zach made a window for me to get through this period of training feeling supported, He is very flexible, available, personable and ready to do what's needed to keep my guy a bit more mellow. Zach has also helped with Samson's exposure to the sites & sounds of the city. Very grateful for him & that he loves what he does. Thanks Zach!

Zachary is an excellent petsitter! He pays attention to detail (is attentive to pets with specific needs), shows up on time, and takes great pictures of your pets (some are attached to this review). If you ask for daily updates, he will send them. He cleaned up the cats’ areas really well also — one of my cats is a litter thrower and it was nice to come back to a tidy litterbox area. Previously, I had asked a coworker to check on my cat when I went on vacation, but after I moved and got another kitten, I was hesitant to ask her for such a big favor. I saw that Zachary had great reviews and am really glad I decided to hire him. Would definitely recommend him and hire him again!
