We hired honest properties to finish approximately 2,000 sq. ft. of our basement, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! They handled everything from framing and drywall to electrical outlets, ceiling light installation, and painting. The entire project came together beautifully, and the quality of their work was phenomenal. This company came in and undid/fixed a significantly bad job done by a previous awful contractor. The things honest properties found in our job made my blood run cold. Grout in my sink drain, poor waterproofing that was leading to leaks. They saved us thousands in damages. Excellent work. Clean. Fast and quiet. I would give them six stars if I could.

I had Paul come out to my home to evaluate converting a half bath into a full bath by opening an adjacent wall and adding a shower. He was responsive, punctual, and easy to communicate with from the start.
Paul took the time to assess the space thoroughly, explain what was possible, and walk me through the project scope clearly and honestly. His quote was detailed, and I appreciated his transparency regarding both costs and the permitting process.

I am so glad that I found honest properties! I am a single mother and I am very cautious on who I allow in my home. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing all depends on the job and materials. There are so many different factors that go into pricing. The beauty is we could offer plenty solutions to the task that is at hand. This way if a customer is on a budget we can go with different material.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting on-site where the customer has the job/task. Engage in a consultation and take down all the detailed information for the job. Then provide a quote to the customer by email or phone. Write up a contract for both parties this way there is that bond for security. After signing the contract a timeframe and job is scheduled.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
18 years in construction field. Currently operating as a project manager.
