- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on how many hours will be put in doing the research, shopping, how many of us will be needed, and what will be required of us the day of your event. It ranges from $20-6,000. Our pricing is very negotiable as long as everyone is on the same page.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Figuring out their budget, vision/theme, time frame and what is left to do. Once we organize and set everything up it's coast sailing from there!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly looking into the new trends as well as still sticking to the older ones. We try to keep all decorations and ideas up to date and in stock so clients aren't waiting for anything.
