I had a bad seal on a vent pipe at my roof. Water was trickling down all the way to the basement. Dan made time to put a new boot on it before we had heavy rain again. His work was quick and looks great. No sign of moisture in the basement afterwards. Highly recommend.

I needed 2 gable vents replaced, an old alarm light/horn removed, and a number of cedar siding shakes replaced on the sides of my house. Dan did an excellent job! Everything looks better than I imagined. He was accommodating and was both diligent and focused in his work, which I really appreciated. I am very pleased with the work he did and highly recommend him.

I am very pleased with the repair work done on a roof. They had to install step flashing in between each shingle at roof-to-wall transition and some type of sealant. It worked well, and now, my tenant is happy, and my roof doesn't leak anymore. I included a picture of how bad my roof was. I have already contacted them for work on another rental.

I liked that the owner, Dan, personally came out to do assessment. He gave a thorough assessment of the worked needed to be performed. He worked the project with his hired staff. The end result was great. It fits our needs perfectly. His team worked very well together, were professional and friendly.
