Working with Lion Flooring was an absolute pleasure. Everyone was kind and focused on professionalism. I had purchased new engineered hardwood, along with underlayment, trim, etc. with original plans to install it myself. When I later could not do it myself, I submitted my job details through the Thumbtack app to Lion Flooring and received a call within 24 hours. I had many questions, and they were very patient and answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly. They provided me a quote right there on the call and worked with my schedule to arrange the installation. I loved that they were experienced with many different types of flooring, and their Tik Tok account allowed me to see how they pay attention to the details. For example, I have an OSB subfloor that had a high spot that was hard for me to see. They took the time to plane down that area until it was perfectly level and truly ready for the new flooring. I chose to also have them replace all baseboard trim and was truly shocked when they completed the entire job in just a single day. The price was clear and competitive. In fact, when the job was complete, they were very careful to walk through every calculation with me, so I was completely clear about the final price. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Lion Flooring for any flooring work you need done. They are punctual, professional, and kind. I will certainly be calling them first if I ever need more work done in my home.

I reached out to this family owned business on Sunday and my flooring just got completed on Wednesday. They were able to squeeze me in. They literally transformed my old carpeted basement stairs. See attached before and after pictures. I am so happy with their work, recommendations, and quality of workmanship. I highly recommend them. You will NOT be disappointed!
