- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is definitely open to negotiation. I am not stuck on one price. I know times can be tough now. And budgets can be hard and keeping your house clean is important.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to either have a very detailed phone conversation. Come in and take a look at your home and meet you personally. I find that my job is a very personal job. And keeping annoying, my customers is very important.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My work comes from a line of family. My great Grandma was a cleaner. My mom was a cleaner, and now I'm a cleaner. And my daughter strides to be a professional organizer.
