Katie delivered a very high-quality cleaning experience. As it was our first time using Katie's service, she confirmed the appointment and showed up slightly early. She was very friendly, polite, and professional. After showing her the areas of the house in need of cleaning, Katie went right to work. About 2 1/2 hours the house looked and smelled immaculate. We're very pleased and happy with our choice of using Katie's Cleaning Services.
