- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is fair. I am not in the business of taking as much money as possible from a single job. I want repeat customers. Being fair with my pricing is extremely important to me and it makes good business sense
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first show proof of insurance and I do not give estimates over the phone. I would take a good long look at the job, explain my process, how much paint will be needed.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check if they are accredited with the BBB. If they are insured and if they have a website. other wise they may not be a true professional
