Introduction: My skills include the following: * Microsoft Windows 95, 98, 00, ME, NT, XP, Vista and 7; Windows Server (2003 and 2008) administration, Google Apps, Symantec Ghost, Clonezilla, Acronis, Acrobat Reader, some HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Nero, WinZip, Windows Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, some experience with graphic design, customer service, basic Linux experience (Debian, Ubuntu, and Knoppix), networking, UltraVNC, VPN, VMware, Citrix XenServer and Client, help desk software (GCW), Spiceworks, along with many other software applications. * I also have hardware troubleshooting and repair experience, CCTV, video surveillance (using Intellex and Geovision), alarm systems, web design, PHP, Visual Basic, C++, C programming, some Java, SQL, some oracle, installation of network lines using various network tools, installation of managed switches, some exchange server (basic knowledge), Microsoft Active directory, and much more. * Residential and commercial IT computer and networking support
