Handling the customers needs, addressing the problem then resolving the issue to get the customer back up and running.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified information processor also I've completed a course at MCC which was the (CompTUA 220-801 and CompTIA 220-802 A+ certification exam training course) my next step is to take the A+ certification exam.
