Doug D. says, "My refrigerator has not been cooling properly since we did the semi annual cleaning last week. The temperature would not go down past 42. I originally called the manufactures service center and was put on hold. The hold lasted way too long so I decided to search a repair company locally. I saw Viktor's company and it had some great rating so I decided to give him a try. He got back to me quickly. I told him the problem and he said he would be able to come out that afternoon. Unfortunately I had a early afternoon appointment so I was not available at the time he suggested. He then offered two other appointment times and I suggested the next day. He checked with me later that afternoon and I got home quicker than i expected, he was still available for a 4 pm appointment so he came out. He got to me right on time. He took a look at my problem and in about a half hour found the problem. He actually had the parts in his vehicle so there was no wait time on parts. My refrigerator started to slowly cool back down and as of this morning was back to 37 degrees. It had not been that cold for over a week. I found Viktor to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him for your appliance repairs. Thank you Viktor!"See more
