- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For all jobs with an estimate between $500-$5,000 in labor or parts and a labor, a non-refundable 25% deposit will be required at the time of scheduling the job with pro. The remaining balance will be due on the day of job completion or no more than 3 days from the date of completion. For jobs with an estimate over $5,000 in labor or parts and a labor, a non-refundable 25% deposit will be required at the time of scheduling the job with pro. A further 25% payment will be required on the first day of the project and the remaining 50% balance will be due on the day of job completion or no more than 3 days from the date of completion. A payment plan may be available for any estimate over $1,000 but this should be discussed and agreed upon by both parties, prior to the start date of the job.
