Introduction: Metalade is a precision metal fabricator, specializing in complex weldments, that has been in business since 1968. We have complete fabricating capabilities including the following: * CNC Turret Punching * CNC Forming * Robotic Welding * Laser Cutting We work in all metals including steel, stainless, aluminum, brass, copper and other alloys. Our expertise includes design for manufacturability and prototype development, and we have our own in-house finishing operation with an 800-ft. automated powder coating line with a 5-stage iron phosphate wash line. We also do wet coat application of water-based and solvent-based finishes as well as conductive coating on metal and plastic.
