Today Christian and Amy moved a very heavy and cumbersome couch from my friend’s house to my home. I contacted them on the day that I need the job done (I was not given any lead time and it had to be done today). Amy got right back to me and was very kind, helpful, and professional. They met me on time at my friend’s house (after hours on top of it!). They were so careful to make sure that the upholstery didn’t get dirty and that the floor/walls did not get scratched. They had to go around several tight corners and they navigated that flawlessly. I am so pleased with their service. I have recommended them to one friend already and I suspect I will be giving them more referrals as well. 10 out of 10!

Pinpoint was extremely careful with our things, very easy to work with, and the best price from multiple offers. We have used their service twice for small moves and will definitely call them again if we need any help moving items!

Pinpoint was by far the lowest estimate we received however, we were very pleased with their professionalism and ability to work with a few last minute requests we had. They moved a few pieces of furniture to our storage garage and took great care of all pieces. We would definitely hire them again

I was receiving a couch from usps and needed help getting to into my apt.
I spoke with this company and they were very responsive and available as soon as my couch arrived. They responded to my messages very quickly.
Since packages almost never come the time they anticipate, my delivery was later than expected.
I ended up having my son bring it in for me as he got out of work before it arrived.
So even though I did not use this company, I give them a 5 star on their responsiveness and availability and will use them next time I need something heavy moved.

Christian did an outstanding job for us!! Picked up furniture for our new home. He is attentive, friendly and handled everything with the utmost care.
