I'm SO glad I was able to find you on Thumbtack... I had been looking for party decoration service around the Finger Lake area and what luck was to find the best I could have ever imagine. Not only did she travel far to provide the services to us, she captured my ideas to the T. We celebrated my cousin's 40th birthday and she fell in love with the balloon arch decorations and mixtures of colors. It was simply Amazing. Very thankful for working with R.O.C Events. She communicated consistently with me as this was a surprise event over the holiday weekend. I absolutely loved my lawn signs. I received multiple compliments from many in my neighborhood. She was able to make sure I received my sign in time for my son’s graduation. I will be ordering with ROC Events again.
