Every client has their first session complimentary, where they can: -Explain their goals -See our facility -View & explore our comprehensive app -Meet in our private office -Go through movement screens (assesses ability level) -Workout with staff so we validate our background & expertise -And pick a program that best fits their situation!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has Doctorates, Degrees and Certifications in several exercise related fields... as well as many other specialties, please ask! We are currently working with hundreds of satisfied clients in multiple facilities!
