I had asked the contractor to fix damaged on a duplex that the seller had promised to fix but did not. The estimate i received was lower and we'll documented on what they intended to do. Even though I selected a different contractor for financing the project, I have added this contractor to be hired for other projects because of their thoroughly inspecting the repairs needed.
