We had a chimney leak that was letting water into the house and needed urgent attention. I reached out to Jose on a Friday evening and he responded right away, coming out the next day even though it was cold and a bit rainy. He put a temporary tar seal on it and explained that the real fix would be reinstalling the flashing. He went over two options with us and given how wide our chimney is, we went with the cricket flashing option. The permanent repair got rescheduled once because of all the rain this spring, but when the day came it turned out to be almost a full day's job. While I was away at work, Jose sent me progress updates by text with photos along the way. When I got home, he and his crew were just finishing up the cleanup. He sent over a final photo and video of the work. We are happy with how it turned out and appreciated how quickly and carefully he handled the whole thing.

Jose and his team came out and did a complete Roof job at the last minute for us and we appreciate that. Jose came out an inspected the roof first and advised us as to what we needed and when he would be able to start. Jose got all of the necessary paperwork. They were on time they did the job that was agreed upon . There were no hidden costs or extra expenses, they cleaned up everything afterwards. Jose also explained the warranty to me and that if I had any problems for free to contact him or the agency. Jose also told me that I can contact Thumbtack whom I went through to find him and his company for the roof, if I had any problems with or concerns. Thank you very much for everything that you and your team did. We will definitely keep his company in mind for other work. well update if anything changes steve
