We're very happy with our tub to shower conversion. We chose the Kohler Luxstone product and love the look and modern, clean lines. The install team was very efficient and professional led by Josh. Overall a good experience and what we expected. We will enjoy our new shower for years to come!

We were impresed with the sales representative who we first met. He worked with us to get what we wanted at the best possible cost. His equipment was state of the art, showing us in 3D what we could expect when done.The installer, Butch, was professional, skillful and respectful to our wishes as well as to our home. Every tIme he left, you could not tell we had construction in the house. The final product was just what we wanted.We love the new shower. How it looks, the extra room, and the great ease of getting in and out.The only issue was a prolonged delay in starting the project due to difficulty obtaining a grab bar we requested. An early phone call describing the cause of the delay would of ended the delay and started the project earlier.

We had our old tub replaced with a walk-in shower. Everything was 5 Star from the sales to the installation. Materials are top quality and the installation was also. Scott and his boys did everything they could to please. They were a pleasure to have around. Our bathroom looks great!

Our installers, Carly and Chris were so polite and professional. Our beautiful shower was installed with a minimum of any inconvenience. Complete clean up after the first day"s work as well as the final day.They were wonderful and we love, love the product! So glad we chose Wonder and highly recommend them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wonder Windows offers Free Estimates and excellent financing options. We buy direct from the factory. There is no middleman so we can offer affordable pricing for our customers. We offer shower packages and have an affordable solution for every family.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer an in-home consultation. We find out what homeowners want to have done and what they need to have done and we guide them in the right direction. We bring samples of the product to the home help them make the best decisions for their remodeling projects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installers are factory certified. Our product specialists along, with our customer care team are educated on our product line and on how to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
