Introduction: I have a proven track record of success working with students of all ages and abilities, including those in Special Education and ESOL. I enjoy being creative and trying out different strategies until I find the right one(s) for each student.
I have NYS certifications in ESOL, Special Education, and Elementary Education. I also have my International TEFL certification and American Red Cross certifications to teach lifeguard training, first aid, CPR, and AED.
I currently work as a teacher in the Rochester City School District and it is my 19th year teaching all together.. I was the Aquatics Director for many years at Camp Good Days and Special Times and currently provide local clubs with staff certifications.
I love seeing the pride and excitement when students feel successful.
