About
Hibachi2U brings the full teppanyaki hibachi experience straight to your backyard, home, or venue. Our professional chefs arrive with the grill and put on a live cooking show — the flips, the flames, the onion volcano — while preparing a complete meal right in front of your guests. Every guest gets a fresh salad, hibachi vegetables, fried rice, and two proteins of their choice: chicken, steak, shrimp, scallops, salmon, or tofu, with filet mignon and lobster available as upgrades. We cater birthdays, graduations, corporate events, bachelorette parties, and weddings across 40+ states. You set up the tables and chairs; we bring the grill, the food, and the entertainment. Fast online booking, $600 minimum. #MoreSakeMoreHappy

Chef Rose made the first night of my bachelorette trip so much fun! He had everyone laughing the whole time, and we were talking about him for the rest of the weekend because he was that entertaining. The food was delicious, the sake was amazing, and the whole experience was 10/10. He really made our first night so memorable. I would definitely recommend booking him!

Had a wonderful night last night with a backyard Hibachi by Hibachi 2U. Our friend group surprised a few of us with June birthdays and we had a wonderful time! Our chef, Ninja, was funny and had great energy. He definitely got us loud and having fun, especially with the Sake gun. The food was tasty too! We're definitely going to be booking again!

We had Hibachi2U come to our airbnb in St Petersburg, FL for a bachelorette party. We had Chef Samurai. Chef was very familiar with the set up of this airbnb and arrived early for set up, which we were grateful for. He allowed us all to throw the egg in the hat, did a great job with performance, and wasnt too pushy with the sake. Our issues came at the end of the meal. Our invoice /online confirmation stated there was gratuity included in the invoice of 50$. (We knew 50$ was not 20%, thats not the issue that we had). The issue was that the chef expected 20% gratuity and argued about the invoice stating that the 50$ gratuity that was labeled gratuity on the invoice was not actual gratuity. If it is not gratuity, it should not be labeled gratuity. He said that 50$ was a travel fee, but no where on the invoice did it say there was a travel fee or that it was included on the invoice it said gratuity. Gratuity to us means tip, and him arguing with us and expecting 20% when we thought we had already paid a portion of the tip was where we felt very disappointed in our service. After about 15 minutes of back and forth, we did give him 20% in cash, and he counted the money in front of us (very disrespectful in our opinion). The team in charge of the invoices need to understand that gratuity and travel fees are not synonymous and should be labeled correctly so that people paying for services know where their money is actually going. Its also not fair for the chef to be adamant on a 20% tip and be rude about the expectations of receiving it.
