- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is flexibility depending on the project and promotions but it’s hard to give a proper quote before we discuss.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Complimentary Phone Consultation (15-20min): general scope of project, general client information, determine if we are a good fit 2. In Home Assessment (30-60min): brief walk through and detailed discussion of project, alignment of goals and focus, followed by recap and suggestions 3. Initial Session (4-6 hours): we will purge, categorize and organize your space to reach your goals and objectives! Reoccurring sessions scheduled as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified home organizer through the American Society of Professional Organizers. I completed my home staging certification through the Metropolitan Institute of Design. Active member of The National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and member of the NY chapter.
