Juan and his team fixed a leaking bathroom tub, added PVC pipe in the basement, and installed a new kitchen faucet. Job was a bit pricey, but he was very responsive to come back and re-work a small problem. The important thing is that both rooms work correctly now. That's a blessing for our family.

Juan and his team were great! We had a minor miscommunication about timing that he went above and beyond to remedy. They got in and out super fast to replace our toilet and did thorough QA checks to make sure it was all functioning well. They cleaned up everything afterwards and finished off the seal cleanly. Would definitely hire them again/recommend their work.

These guys were very neat and tidy. They took their shoes off before entering my home on a rainy day. They laid drop cloth down on the floors and completed the faucet replacement without making a mess. The main thing I didn’t like was the “bait and switch” routine. Their ThumbTack ad says their service call is $50. However, within 2 minutes of them looking at the faucet which had to be either repaired or replaced, I was told the labor fee would be $225. I said “but your ad on the app says the service fee is $50.“ I was then told, “oh, that $50 is just the cost of coming to your house.“ I was also told “it says it right there”. I looked at the app again later and I don’t see where it says the $50 is only for coming to your house. In fact, it specifically says the $50 includes labor. I feel like I was tricked. I don’t like being tricked.

Juan installed my fathers bathroom appliances. I hired him through this app as my father is not technologically savvy. Juan said he would call my father the next day and didn’t. I had to remind him. He then said he would show up and give an estimate on a Monday, and never showed nor called. He finally got in touch with my father and did the work. However, when he installed the sink it was done incorrectly and was leaking. We reached out and let him know, and he said he was too busy to come and fix the issues he created. He did some heating work as well, and now the heat is not working right. He did not return any calls in regard to that matter either. Very upset my father paid and had a crappy job done. I would not recommend.
