Jade is excellent and a pleasure to work with! She has been managing my town home in Manlius for the last 6 months. She made great recommendations on changes and was able to find tenants and she has made repairs at fair costs. Very available and great with communication. She does inspect property even when vacant and noticed I had a broken water heater, which she arranged to be replaced.
