Blossom Cleans employees arrived on time and detailed the entire house. They did a terrific job, I was impressed by their hard work and integrity, and they were easy to communicate with, which is important to me: when I asked them to do something, they listened and did it. I will be happy to hire them again. They have a great website that makes it easy to book and pay, a well thought-out disclaimer on the site (please read!), and they have their stuff together.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is by talking to my new clients finding out their needs so we can assist them better. Explain to them how our company works all the process and procedures and make sure both the company and the clients are of the same understanding. And make sure the job is done far exceeding the Client's expectations as with all Jobs
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken a course specifically for The Cleaning Industry. All Staff are trained and certified also before coming into your home
