I served in the Marine Corps for 6 years, then worked in a corporate job, and made a career change to become a Personal Trainer to pursue my passion for fitness and helping people reach their goals. My time in the Corps helped me gain mental and physical strength, and most of all discipline that I carry on in my daily life today. Through my transition from careers I worked at Equinox as a Tier 3 trainer and am also certified as a Pre and Post Natal coach and Strength and Conditioning Coach. I specialize in weight loss, muscle mass, mobility correctives, strength & condition and pre and post natal coaching. I am very committed and aspire to continue to change my clients’ lifestyles and well being. My mission is to essentially open up new conversations between your brain and your body. My goal is to help you find new ways to tap into your vitality, making sure that you are highly functioning, healthy, and feeling your best at any age. I will always give my best while committing myself to my clients. The same way I expect them to be 100% committed to me and their own goals. ————————————-

I have had an incredible experience working out with Jess. She’s always so punctual and incredibly motivating. I LOVE the results that I’m noticing as far as weight loss and strength, and I’m fitting in all my old clothes! I’ve referred her to many of my close friends and highly recommend her to help you get you to all your fitness goals.

I have been working out with Yessenia before my pregnancy and during the pregnancy. She is very knowledgeable and caring. The technique she used on me was very light and easy with an amazing results in the end. Exercising never felt so simple and possible, my body was just on point. Highly recommend for those who need to see results within a month. With Yessenia it is possible.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    In-Person Training starts at $150 and is discounted to $90 per session with a 24 session package. Virtual Training starts at $360 for 6 sessions and is discounted to $45 dollars per session for a 24 session package. Payment plans are available as well.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Certified Pre & Post Natal, Certified Personal Training & Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Overweight, lower back pain, pregnant women, ages 19-55, prior military, asthma, FDNY, NYPD, marathon runners and clients with knee and hip issues.
