Oh my gosh! I can’t say enough about Carol and her team. I am so happy to have finally found a true professional. Carol is everything she promises. Dependable, hard-working, trustworthy, meticulous and SO MUCH more! Having been disappointed in the past with other cleaners, I had just about given up. This past year during Covid, I spent a lot of time keeping up with house cleaning but found it hard with my busy schedule. I decided to give it another shot when I came across Carol’s profile. Her prompt reply to my inquiry, setting up a schedule and timely arrival was exceptional and a pleasant surprise. She is such a joy to work with. I am so blessed to have found someone who is as OCD as I am. She is a rare find these days. It is a joy to write a review for Carol Costen. If I had to choose one word to describe my experience with Carol it would be ‘exceptional'. I rarely write reviews, but feel compelled to do so because my experience with Carol was second to none. I recently purchased an older home and was eager to find someone to do a deep cleaning prior to moving in. Carol’s timely response to my inquiry, availability to meet with me within a day or two, and prompt arrival were only the beginning. She was professional, and a joy from the moment I met her. Attention to detail is important to me. As we walked through my house to discuss the scope of work I needed, she offered suggestions based on her knowledge, experience, and talents. Carol conveyed a genuine interest in my home as though it were her own, and what she could do to help meet my goals. The meticulous care Carol took in cleaning my home exceeded my expectations. There was attention to absolutely every detail. The pride and professionalism Carol displays in her work is outstanding. I walked into a sparkling, fresh house that now felt like a blank canvas to make my own.
