I have been doing the work I do for over 30 years. I treat your property the same way I treat my investment properties. I screen for good tenants; I make sure tenants maintain clean apts by doing inspections. My accounting dept provides monthly statements and shows all rents received and all financial info related to the management of the property. What we provide best however is peace of mind. Finding the right tenants for my clients and providing peace of mind.
