FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The best results are lasting and end in an efficient and sustainable new "mini-routine". I offer suggestions to sustain your newly organized space. I want you to love how you live and I want your results to reflect my work-ethics. For this reason I require a 2 hour minimum at $100/Hr. I offer discounts for multi-day packing/unpacking projects. Prices vary and depend upon time needed to complete your task. I am always up front and willing to offer an estimate based upon past projects and my experience in advance of arriving. I can usually tell you from our initial consultation how long your job will take, however, estimates are not a guarantee of time required for projects. There are many circumstances where the level of detail required to finish a space may exceed an “estimate” of time. Customers are responsible for any travel charges or tolls incurred outside a 12 mile radius and will be calculated with the final invoice. I can also bring organization products to your home, which I can use to organize your space. These are not required, but I offer them for your convenience. These will be factored into your final purchase at your discretion. Tell me the level of detail you are looking for. Want a basic room organization? Happy to do that. Want every pencil, pen, or paper filed in it's place. It may take a bit longer but consider it done. One thing is for sure, I am PASSIONATE about organization and seeing the weight of creature comforts lifted off my clients' shoulders when they see their new Fearlessly Functional Fortress. I'll work until you love it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's talk! You can't tell which kids clothes come out of the laundry? Where to put them? How to pack for vacation? Need to clean out a pantry and create efficiency? Clean a closet? I can sympathize with these conundrums and my clients and I connect on this level nearly 100% of the time. Life moves fast, you need to create spaces that are flexible and invite you to enjoy your creature comforts and surroundings.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was born into a military family who moved often. My burning desire to create style without permanence and efficiency for moving was molded by this lifestyle and my experiences. I love to create processes! I also have a background in operations and project management, so I can keep within scope!
