hire them to remove old ceiling tiles and install new dry wall and recessed lighting. To keep this short and simple I will just bullet point the issues.
- Always showed up late
-certain workers wreaked of marijuana
- hardly ever cleaned up after themselves.
- didn't tape off other rooms to prevent dust from getting all over different areas of the house
- Saw a worker electrocute themselves and create a small fire.
- Left nails all over the floor knowing that I have two animals that go around the house. Had to clean up after them at 8pm Just so we could walk around the living room.
- Left drinks in my bushes that I was pulling out several days after they left.
- was $1,000 over budget because of electrical issues that still aren't fixed
- sometimes hard to get a hold of to nail down times they were coming and going
- Seams on the ceiling are awful and the only reason why I didn't say anything is because they finished in the dark and I could not see how bad it really was because of sanding.
- said he would help with waste disposal but instead left it on my front yard.
- were 2 day past original promised date
- said the switches that he purchased with my card didn't work but didn't save the box so I could return them. which basically cost me $60.
- lights stopped working 10 to 15 minutes after they left. I called them because I noticed a breaker was loose in my fuse box causing a bad connection. They came back, said it was fixed, it worked for 2 days. I messaged him saying I was still having problems, and he refuses to answer.
- now for some reason the lights function after the door was slammed, but the circuit breaker is off and still loose. So either there's a short somewhere, The breaker is malfunctioning, or he lied about the additional electrical work that was needed.
- messaged three times with no answer.
- All of this I was willing to deal with as long as it functioned and it was safe. I still don't know if it will continue to work after a door is slammed and weatherthe loose breaker will caus a fire.
- messaged today to give Chris another opportunity to answer and again I was ignored.
Cannot recommend this business. I feel like my kindness and understanding were fully taken advantage of.

Scope: demo ceiling tiles, frame new drywall ceiling,install drywall, install 8 recessed lights, install new circuit.
•customer had wiring above ceiling tiles that controlled his whole 1st floor, the price change came because it was a fire hazard to install lights on that circuit
• we operated from 10am-6pm to allow customer time in the morning to get his family ready.
•customer repeatedly looked up info on YouTube and tried giving us directions.
•customer deviated from original materials list purchasing two 3way switches for 1 circuit(not operable)
• customer stated lights stayed on after breaker was off, customer was flipping the wrong breaker.
•customer stated our team made him uncomfortable
•none of the issues he spoke on in his review was ever brought to my attention
•customer did not want to pay for garbage removal
•once I told costumer that he’s flipping the wrong breaker he stopped replying
•customer was straight out racist, we finished the job to maintain professionalism.
