- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we discuss lifestyle habits of the client as far as nutrition and exercise goes. I teach the client a set of exercises- a foundation routine to follow. This is the routine I'd like clients to focus on when we're not working together. Focus is aimed at form correction and movement awareness. Safety first. After that we talk about the necessary steps needed to continue motivating yourself on your fitness journey. We discuss nutrition habits and I give suggestions on what to eat and when to eat it.
