Faiyaz was very knowledgeable and went right to work to fix our broken outdoor faucet. He reinstalled the hose to alleviate further winter breakage by installing an on/off lever right close by and pitching the hose so it drains better. Years of repairs with winter freeze- nobody had approached it this way before- grateful!
