Introduction: Orenda Yoga & Healing Arts is designed as a meeting place for people of all ages and abilities to practice in peace, health and joy. Small class sizes and undivided attention from Orenda’s teachers and practitioners help ensure that individuals find relaxation and peace within themselves and in our community. At Orenda Yoga & Healing Arts, you’ll discover a complete range of yoga classes, meditation sessions, massage therapy, and other healing arts. Care and attention are given to include offerings that all can enjoy and learn from. In addition to more traditional hatha and vinyasa-style yoga for adults, these include playful children, teen and family yoga experiences, yoga for mature or less-able individuals and movement and dance to tone the body and enlighten the spirit.
