He got up all of it, something I didn't think could be done. But THEN, something weird happened under the carpet and a bunch of rust/minerals started leaching up and staining the carpet brown (I guess we didn't install a moisture guard!) and he researched different products and processes (he'd never seen this happen) and came back and got rid of THAT too. He wouldn't even let us tip him for the many extra hours of work. Just kept saying their work is guaranteed and he would work on it until it was fixed, and he did! I can't recommend highly enough for professionalism, quality, cheerfulness, responsiveness AND value."See more
