I must say I was disappointed with services. It was hard to get in touch with the owners and DJ throughout as time got closer. We never received a CD as promised to sample what would be played. The DJ never called us. We thought we were getting one DJ (Rae) but got another instead (Rick) who was not very friendly. He refused to MC and my sister had to do it. We had sent a playlist way in advance and had to resend it two more times. That should have been a red flag when the owner asked us to email the playlist again the night before our event. The songs we wanted to hear weren't even played and the Spanish music lacked extremely, even though we had given a playlist. We were told cubes would light up for effect and this never happened. I reached out to the owner Shameka and still have not received a response. My suggestions are to come through on your promises, have one contact person to make sure things go smoothly, and hire DJs which are friendly, personable and will do well as an MC if that service was requested.
