A tech from Sub Zero repair came out to diagnose and repair my fridge, both done on the same day. A previous company had given us an incorrect diagnosis of the issue with our fridge. If you’re looking for a professional and knowledgeable company I would go with Taraz.

I have been struggling with my Viking refrigerator for some time until my freezer completely broke. I reached out to Taraz and had a tech, Kevin, at my house the next day when he diagnosed the problem. Within two days Kevin returned with the owner of Taraz, Ben, and the proper parts to fix my fridge/freezer. The two men and the assistant, Maya, with whom I spoke to over the phone, were very professional and thoroughly explained the process from beginning to end including pricing so there were no surprises. The whole process was painless! I highly recommend Taraz Appliance Repair.

Ben was so nice and a pleasure with whom to work. He worked carefully and completely to resolve my Viking Refrigerator issue. He replaced missing screws, cleaned up after himself, spent the time to talk to me and explain the issues. I would give him more stars, if I could. Ben was veryy courteous and professional and knows what he is doing with my Viking Ref that was always leaking. Fixed the problem and gave me a 1 Year warranty on the repairs. Very happy with his work and will now be my go to for any of my appliance repairs.
